What DPI should my files be for print submission?
Generally no smaller than 300 DPI for most projects. Please contact us for more information.

What files types should I submit my content in?
We prefer to have all content files submitted on CD Rom. Zipped content files can often be sent through email. Clients are required to phone ahead before sending large email files. Text files should be in Notepad, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect or Word pad. All graphic files should be in GIF, TIFF, PDF, EPS, or JPG format. Native files of logos or other graphics are best if available.

Do I supply the fonts?
Yes. You will need to include the font names, and the actual font file(s) if you have a specific font that you require. Fonts that are not provided will be substituted or purchased and billed to client.

Do you offer printing services?
No. We will work with your desired printer to prepare your files to be print ready.

Can I get my print designs on a disc?
Yes. After payment is received, your print ready files can be sent to you on CD ROM at no additional charge, if requested. You will not receive native files unless discussed in advance and proper usage rights paid for.
